Fun Stuff From Bali

This is just a quick post with some stuff from Bali - we are always playing catch up with the website - so much to do and so little time. The kids spend quite a bit of time writing reports and making the videos and photos. It is part of their school work to learn about building websites and there is more to it than meets the eye!

They are pretty much able to do most of it now. Write the reports and organise the files on the computer. Taking photos and videos and then using Photoshop to edit and convert the files for the web - we use Canva for some pictures too. Video editing using Cyberlink Power Director - we had some fun speeding up the driving footage! I'm impressed how quickly they take to the technical stuff - I'm still learning and it took me ages to get to grips with it.

Ok it is a bit of a cheat - I didn't drive in Bali, we had a driver - thankfully. It was pretty chaotic to say the least - and the mountain roads were scary, with narrow lanes, crazy bends and massive drops on either side in places. Then add in the scooters - coming from everywhere.

The villa we stayed in was pretty special - made even better by the staff Nita and Yogi - who were pretty special themselves.
